  • Revamped Data Center Operations Group's Change Management process, including interviewing subject matter experts and tailoring processes to meet individual business unit's needs.
  • Developed and executed a training program to enhance the skillset of data center engineers in network building and troubleshooting. Conducted weekly by subject matter experts and delivered in a 'train-the-trainer format', the training program created more informed technicians and management used this as a starting point for the data center engineers’ annual performance goals.
  • Joined a cross-functional team to help establish processes to improve the interaction between data center engineering teams and internal customers in networking and system engineering groups.

  • Led a team of technicians to decommissioning 22 defunct and redundant facilities after company acquisitions, driving a $200,000 cost reduction.
  • Designed, installed, maintained and supported corporate data center architectures in highly available, mission critical environments, built comprehensive documentation and ensured compliance with data center best practices.
